"Dom" · Of Mixed Blood

Sired first by the Dominion, then re-sired by an elder of the Velmarq who saved him from a slow, cursed death. That second siring makes his blood mixed, a violation the Dominion has never forgiven, and it has left him shunned by the House he was born into.

He belongs to the Velmarq now, but the Serathe want him too, not as a killer, but as a leader, since tradition demands their leader come from outside their own ranks, and his unclaimed status makes him exactly the outsider they need.

At the center of it all, Dom is a fundamentally good man trying to love fully in a world that keeps asking him to survive instead.

Dom's Blood Doll · His Lover

Elise carries an old blade passed down through her family, her grandmother's grandmother's before it was ever hers. She has spent long enough at Dom's side to know exactly what he holds back, and exactly why, and she has stopped being willing to be protected from it.

Where Dom sees restraint as the price of loving her safely, Elise sees it as a wall he still hasn't fully let down. More of her story is still being written.
